
How can I return something?
After receiving a product from Scentique Amsterdam, you have fourteen (14) days to reconsider your purchase. If you wish to return your order, you must contact Customer Happiness (info@scentique-amsterdam.com).
The product must be in its original condition, unopened, undamaged, and, if applicable, sealed. Once you have received confirmation of your return request from us, you must return the product within fourteen (14) days to:

There is no reconsideration period for personalized products. These products cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Costs.
The costs of returning the product are your responsibility. We recommend keeping a shipping receipt so that you can prove that you sent your order back to us.
Refund.
Once we have received the returned product in good order, we will refund the full purchase amount to your account within fourteen (14) days, provided that the return conditions (general terms and conditions, article 5.1). The period of 14 days starts when you receive the notice of return.
You can get a refund of the shipping costs for the return shipment if an item from your order is damaged, delivered incorrectly, or if you return the order for good reason.
